Watch the new Apple Watch

By |May 14th, 2015|

Apple has not let us down with three “perfectly pitched” commercials for the new watch.  Beautiful cinematography, gorgeous imagery tells the story. No Words Needed. And the editing is not too shabby either. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8GtyB3cees

Generation Emoji

By |April 22nd, 2015|

Hello, I am Jia the Intern and a junior in high school. I am interested in photography and am currently learning photoshop. Today I will be writing about a print ad that resonates with me. This particular ad is highly relevant because the sad, crying emoji is the focal point, which appeals to younger generations. […]

Shock Top Promo Tour

By |March 27th, 2015|

A fleet of 20 dapper Shock Top VW Beetles were seen driving in tandem across the US for a promotional tour for their Belgian White Beer which not only has shaken up traditional tastes but traditional advertising.  Makes you wonder what the drivers look like.

Rethink does exactly that

By |March 12th, 2015|

Canadian ad agency Rethink recently caught our eye when we saw the work they do for Science World. This comes right from the horses’ mouth: For the past 12 years we’ve been making science fun by bringing science facts to life in surprising new ways. Through mediums new and old we’ve helped Science World grow […]

Logo Recognition

By |November 3rd, 2014|

Nicely designed logo for three “outposts”of the same restaurant owned by the Mario Batali Restaurant Group.  Logo evokes feeling of the warm decor of the restaurants, kind of pubish, kind of bistro on the slightly upscale side.

TV commercial that works.

By |October 16th, 2014|

Delta Airlines “No Bag Left Behind” :60 spot hits a home run for me.  Another case where pictures tell the story and immediately capture the interest of the viewer with a clear straight forward message.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0WamBmVrIUQ
